Worth the wander

Rossbeigh (Rossbehy) is a sandspit beach on Dingle Bay near Glenbeigh, backed by a large dune system important for wildfowl. A major 2008 storm breached the spit and the historic Rossbeigh Strand Tower, a landmark for over a century, collapsed in 2011 and was later rebuilt in Glenbeigh village.
